Products and Natural Variations

Our crystal dioramas, mineral gardens, and miniature artworks are handmade. Natural stones vary in color, shape, inclusions, texture, and formation, and handmade details may vary slightly from photographs. These variations are part of the character of the work and are not defects.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, and images accurately. Screen settings and natural materials may cause differences in appearance. We may correct errors, update information, or discontinue products at any time.

Orders and Payment

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order because of availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, shipping limitations, or other reasonable circumstances. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

Custom and Commissioned Work

Custom projects may require agreement on design, materials, price, production time, and other details before work begins. Natural stone availability and handmade processes may require reasonable design adjustments. Custom, commissioned, and personalized pieces are subject to our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Processing, delivery, returns, and refunds are governed by the Shipping Policy and Refunds & Returns Policy published on this store. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed when delays are outside our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the store’s photographs, videos, product designs, written content, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to the store and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
