Every crystal diorama and mineral piece is packed individually to protect its natural stone, miniature details, and lighting components during transit.
Processing Times
- Ready-to-ship pieces: The estimated dispatch time is shown on the product page or order confirmation.
- Made-to-order and custom pieces: Production time varies by design and material availability. An estimated timeline will be confirmed before custom work begins.
Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time. Orders containing multiple pieces may ship together when all items are ready.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on the destination and parcel. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed, as carrier or customs delays may occur.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges required by their destination country unless stated otherwise at checkout. Customs processing may extend delivery time.
Tracking
When tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout after the parcel is dispatched. Tracking updates may take time to appear after carrier collection.
Protective Packaging
Natural crystals and handmade miniature elements can be fragile. Each piece is secured with protective materials selected for its shape, weight, and construction. Please retain all packaging until you have inspected the order.
Damage, Loss, or Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through the Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
If tracking shows a delivery problem or the parcel appears lost, contact us so we can help review the shipment with the carrier. Please ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
